At Arcera, we strive to build engaged and respectful online communities that share our interests and our commitment to healthcare across multiple social media channels.

We look forward to your participation and engagement, and value your likes and shares. You can also interact with us through @mentions, comments, or direct messages. However, to comply with the regulations in our industry and to remain in line with our core values, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following principles.


We reserve the right to remove content and report activities that fall into the above categories, particularly those that are disruptive to the community or in breach of our Code of Ethics and Data Protection Policy. When you contribute to our social media channels, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content of your posts and/or comments and explicitly agree to hold Arcera, its employees and officers harmless from any liability arising from your use of Arcera’s social media channels. In addition, you agree that your posts may be deleted for the reasons stated in these guidelines or for administrative purposes. Your engagement with us on social media also implies your acceptance of the social media channel’s terms of use and privacy policy.

Arcera will be entitled to unilaterally amend its Social Media Community Guidelines.
