However, to comply with the regulations in our industry and to remain in line with our core values, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following principles.
Please remain cordial when commenting on Arcera’s content and posting on our channels. In particular:
- Do not post inaccurate, deceptive, misleading or false information.
- Do not post or share inappropriate content such as racist comments, propaganda, defamation, abuse threats, etc.
- Do not encourage illegal activity or promote the violation of any law.
- Do not plagiarize material or post any content that could potentially violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Do not promote particular services, products, political organizations and/or candidates.
- Do not post confidential information or information that may infringe someone’s privacy.
Please note that actions such as a ‘Follow’, ‘Share’, ‘Like’ or similar engagement from an Arcera social media channel should not be interpreted as an endorsement or indication of a commercial partnership. The accuracy, completeness, and integrity of content shared by social media users cannot be guaranteed, and such information may not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Arcera. We do not endorse and are not accountable for the information and opinions expressed by social media users.
Arcera’s social media channels do not serve as platforms for discussion or information relating to prescription products or treatment options. Content posted on our social media channels should not be construed as medical advice, and product promotion is strictly prohibited. We strongly recommend that social media users refrain from posting personal data. Discussions about treatments or health conditions should be conducted privately or directly with your treating physician.

If you have experienced a side effect with an Arcera product, social media is not the best place to report this. However, should you submit safety information regarding an Arcera product, we may process your personal data in accordance with our legal requirements and delete your message to protect your privacy.. We reserve the right to remove content and report activities that fall into the above categories, particularly those that are disruptive to the community or in breach of our Code of Ethics and Data Protection Policy. When you contribute to our social media channels, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content of your posts and/or comments and explicitly agree to hold Arcera, its employees and officers harmless from any liability arising from your use of Arcera’s social media channels. In addition, you agree that your posts may be deleted for the reasons stated in these guidelines or for administrative purposes. Your engagement with us on social media also implies your acceptance of the social media channel’s terms of use and privacy policy.
Arcera will be entitled to unilaterally amend its Social Media Community Guidelines.
